Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Project Manager (m/w/d). ***** Start: asap Volumen: 31.12.2021 (Option auf Verlängerung) Auslastung: Vollzeit Einsatzort: Düsseldorf, Remote ***** Aufgabe: Detailed tasks and responsibilities 1. IT Operations / IT Operations management - Steering of external and internal maintenance teams, acting as MSO and application owner - Incident management and process optimization - Application Stability responsible: Handling unexpected outages, notifying stakeholders, steering resolutions - Steering optimization requests from regions and countries with regards to IT-related topics (e.g. domains) - Performance management: coordinating load testing, acting accordingly on performance optimization (e.g. SAP enhancements to be tested and implemented) - Implementation of high availability service level by adjusting current infrastructure setup with IBM Infrastructure enhancement planning + Planning of potential SAP Cloud migration - Coordination of SAP Hybris licenses shift (Adhesives eShop à eShop BP) - Coordination of migration to new infrastructure DMZ IBM, involving IBM & ecx.io – planning, coordination - Potential migration to Cloud: building up business case, getting estimations from SAP / purchasing, coordinating with implementation partner on the best approach (performance; underlying infrastructure; data protection and physical location of the data) 2. Project management eShop Application Manager - PMO responsibilities: License mgmt.; Project documentation; Compliance - Ordering of internal and external resources and services: requesting offers, following ordering process, tracking of invoices and current spend - User mgmt. – accesses - Budget management: planning and coordination, reporting, KP planning - Defining of implementation of MyID for internal use E2E testing coordination - E2E tests organization for Joico stream with mgmt. of internal/external resources – and all upcoming streams / regions - Testing tool trainings - Reporting on progress & timeline Ecosystem - CIAM integration coordination - Responsible from eShop side for all upcoming touchpoints 3. Payments: credit card / Payment process mgmt: credit card - Coordination of KYC procedures with endcustomer legal entities for new countries – Joico, other new brands / countries - Coordination of internal and external resources for integration and setup - Credit card testing with countries’ eShop managers & customer service - Steering automation of refunds by IT OTC (matching of open items) - Steering of automation of refunds between JPM and eShop - Reporting on progress to eShop team ***** Folgende techn. Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bringen Sie mit: - Senior Project Manager - Knowledge in leading projects in the field of Hybris, eshop, IT Operations and Payments - Industry experience in consumer goods (nice to have) - Languages: English (must have) / German (nice to have)
