Take action now and send your CV for the position:    Senior Manager Market Access (m/w/f) Disciplinary Leadership of the Pre-Launch Access Team / Home-Office based Your tasks ·Ensure regular development and adaption of team capabilities to prepare for upcoming demands in terms of political environment, P&R regulations, our clients’s pipeline and potential implications on our client's business ·Implement validated market access strategies for the pipeline and launch products in the region by leading respective pricing and reimbursement workstreams as required in light of current health environnment and applicable regulations: oCoordinate and ensure preparation and timely submission of appropriate P&R dossiers (in particular early benefit assessments according to §35a SGB V) oCoordinate and ensure preparation of (early) G-BA consultations oEnsure timely submission and best possible preparation and positioning for written statement and oral hearing processes with G-BA during early benefit assessment process ·Inform and contribute the pricing strategy of our client’s pipeline and launch products: oAnalysis of local pricing environment and potential to develop profound pricing strategies for early launch stages oCoordinate and conduct local pricing research projects oSupport P&R negotiations with local payers, including AMNOG negotiations with GKV-SV ·Develop and implement engagement plans for relevant stakeholders (e.g. payers, authorities, physicians and scientific associations, patient advocacy groups, etc.)   ·Inform our client's pipeline through targeted evaluation of clinical development programs regarding German access requirements ·Propose, coordinate and lead appropriate HEOR or RWE projects to inform pricing strategy, support dossier strategy or value proposition of the products in collaboration with Global  patient access or other departments ·Update regularly local and global cross functional teams on environment changes and potential consequences, proposed strategies and on going activities related to market access responsibilities in the region Your qualifications ·University Degree with a proven track record in Market Access in a pharmaceutical company in German ·Deep knowledge of the market access environment and health care system in Germany, specifically AMNOG regulation and reimbursement pathways ·Ability to manage complex interdisciplinary teams under time pressure and with senior management attention ·Willingness to lead a team of well-experienced and highly qualified market access/HTA experts with the aim to identify and develop talents and to bring the entire team to a next level. Your tasks

  • Ensure regular development and adaption of team capabilities to prepare for upcoming demands in terms of political environment, P&R regulations, our clients’s pipeline and potential implications on our client's business
  • Implement validated market access strategies for the pipeline and launch products in the region by leading respective pricing and reimbursement workstreams as required in light of current health environnment and applicable regulations:
    • Coordinate and ensure preparation and timely submission of appropriate P&R dossiers (in particular early benefit assessments according to §35a SGB V)
    • Coordinate and ensure preparation of (early) G-BA consultations
    • Ensure timely submission and best possible preparation and positioning for written statement and oral hearing processes with G-BA during early benefit assessment process

Your qualifications

  • University Degree with a proven track record in Market Access in a pharmaceutical company in German
  • Deep knowledge of the market access environment and health care system in Germany, specifically AMNOG regulation and reimbursement pathways
  • Ability to manage complex interdisciplinary teams under time pressure and with senior management attention
  • Willingness to lead a team of well-experienced and highly qualified market access/HTA experts with the aim to identify and develop talents and to bring the entire team to a next level. Leadership experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
  • Very Good communication skills (oral and writing) in both German and English and experienced in communicating complex information to target groups or local and Global management
  • Rigorous, organised and respecting timelines and deadlines along with flexibility in changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and project/team management skills, innovative thinking and problem solving skills
