If you would like to be part of the most thrilling company journey in the pharmaceutical biotech industry your application is a definite must: Global Marketing Director Oncology (m/f/d) Your tasks ·Develop and execute integrated Global Brand Strategies for two or more promising late stage products yet to be assigned. ·Work with the cross-functional teams and all relevant stakeholders including our collaborators to execute the marketing and brand strategies for our product candidates globally. ·Co-lead the Global Brand Teams together with the Global Medical Director(s) and ensure a flawless execution of cross-functionally aligned objectives. ·Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Pricing, Market Access and Reimbursement (PMA) and ensure aligned and commercially focused Medical and Market Access strategy, planning and execution. ·Develop global positioning and messaging aligned with the scientific communication platform for the respective brands in their disease areas, in both the pre-and post-launch setting. ·Drive the execution of the global marketing strategies and tactics and support the localization in all countries where our client has commercialization rights. Be accountable for the development and execution of detailed brand strategies and all promotional materials. Be responsible for developing appropriate training programs for marketing, sales or any other related function. ·Ensure consistency and alignment with eventual partners in relation to the Global Brand Strategy and all relevant resources ·Initiate research and analyses where needed, such as primary or secondary market research, as well as segmentation initiatives. Collaborate with forecasting, business analysis, competitive intelligence, as well as the Pricing, Market Access and Reimbursement (PMA) teams. ·Lead functional projects such as digital communications, product communications and training plans supporting the global marketing strategy ·Drive launch preparedness and launch readiness where applicable ·Plan and drive budget requirements and ensure monitoring and tracking accordingly ·Serve as a sparring partner and source to discuss all marketing and brand linked aspects along the development life cycle of any of the eventual product candidates. Represent Marketing at internal and external meetings ·Represent the marketing function as the single point of contact to our clients’s collaborators. ·Manage vendor partnerships to ensure key activities are timely executed and within budget ·Hire a world class central marketing organization and build a culture and marketing skillset for a first-class organization ·The Global Marketing Director Oncology will drive the values that comprise the company's culture, support the Company’s vision, and play an integral part in the development and the execution of the global corporate strategy plan to meet the company’s corporate objectives. ·Build a culture and marketing skillset for a first-class organization Your qualifications  ·Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities ·Proven global, international and national track record in marketing of biopharmaceutical products, including marketing, market research, forecasting and sales ·Minimum of 3 years of experience in significant leadership roles with direct reporting lines and a cross-functional scope as a leader of a regional, international or global function. ·Ideally experience gained both in country/affiliate leadership roles and at regional or international level ·Scientific or similar degree, MBA or similar considered a plus ·Oncology and/or immunotherapy experience is a must ·Significant experience in launching products both internationally and nationally ·Strong analytical and organizational skills ·Very strong collaboration, team- and alignment-building skills ·Ability to effectively manage senior level relationships across and outside the company ·Fine combination of strategic and operational/hands-on ability ·Creative, “out of the box” thinker ·Strong motivator and “driver” of commercial success ·Effective company ambassador ·Fluent in English, German a big plus Did we spark your interest? Your tasks

Your qualifications 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities
