For January 2022 we are looking for a committed personality as a Interim Manager Corporate Affairs (m/f/d) Pharmaceutical Industry limited from January to September 2022 Your tasks The Manager Corporate Affairs will focus on planning, orchestration and execution of the content strategy for internal and external corporate channels of our client in Germany. As part of the German Corporate Affairs team, this role will develop, implement and evaluate content in alignment with the overall German Corporate Affairs and worldwide team as well as company objectives. This role will report to the Head of Corporate Affairs and will be located in Munich. ·Support employee engagement communications through overall plan, editorial planning and content creation for Pulse and serve as a trusted advice giver for other functions and working groups on all-employee communications. ·Management and project coordination ·Implementation of corporate communications measures, in particular editorial planning and content management of digital corporate Germany channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) in collaboration with members of the Corporate Affairs team. ·Develop and manage paid campaigns for social media activities. ·Proactively monitor, measure and evaluate and manage the optimization of channels and activities ·Budget management. ·Collaboration with and management of agencies and other cooperation partners. ·Close collaboration with the worldwide Corporate Affairs content and digital team and representing the local perspective. Your qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required ! ·Deep understanding of the general healthcare and biopharma landscape as well as the German healthcare system and current health policy discourse ·Very good knowledge about the legal framework and applicable regulations for external communication of pharmaceutical companies ·Digitally savvy, incl strong capabilities in social media, web and analytics ·Strong communication skills incl. writing ·Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills ·Creative, analytical, curious and proactive executer ·A genuine interest in health and technology ·German fluent, business fluent in English ·Very experienced project manager with the ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment and handle multiple projects at the same time ·Energetic, entrepreneurial and passionate about the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our client and its vision to transform patients` lives through science.
